Buying fireworks in Dallas

I was wondering if any Dallas people could suggest where the closest place to buy fireworks is in North Dallas. A couple months ago I was driving around Allen and saw a stand, but I can't remember where it is.

Suggestions? Thanks.

Take a drive towards Lewisville on 121 or towards Denton on 380.

Of course, I wouldn't suggest doing anything illegal...

Drive north on 75 for about 20 minutes. You'll see a plenty of stands along the highway.

IF you are close to Wylie...the road between Wylie (actually Lavon) and Rockwall...I believe its 205...just South of Lavon about 1/2 a mile toward Rockwall is a HUGE group of stands...

Iowa is funny this way. You can't buy fireworks in Iowa, you have to go to Missouri or South Dakota (or any other neighboring states) to buy them. So it's illegal to sell them in Iowa. It's not however illegal to possess them, so once you buy them in Missouri, it's legal to bring them back. It is however illegal to set them off. Very odd combination of laws.

They are in Dallas too. He needs to go outside of Dallas (and most of the suburbs) to get them.
