Question "Multi-Room Viewing" requirements

I have a Series II, TiVo service and HMO .. I just want to be able to "view" TiVo recordings from a second TV .. rather than buying a cheap video broadcast to other TV thing-a-ma-bob, I like the idea of buying a 2nd TiVo to get the additional storage.

My question: if I buy a 2ND TiVo, is there any way around having to buy a 2ND TiVo service and a 2ND Home Media Option as well ???

Maybe I can utilize the 2nd USB port to hardwire the 2 TiVo's together ?

Nope - but if all you're looking to do is to be able to view the TiVo on another television you might want to look into the various video distribution options that are available. These include 2.4GHz video senders and video distribution systems that will use the phone line.

The only current use for the USB port is to connect a network adapter.
