If you can forward a copy of the e-mail that you received to me at bill@tivo.com (include headers if you can), we will take a look at it.

I forwarded my email.

Looks like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Someone at Tivo sent me an email, and it looks like they sent it to others as well.

Well, I can forward my email this evening when I get home where it is, but by the time anyone responds, it'll be past the deadline for the $79 deal, which is tomorrow. I never saw any connection between the "Free Trial" and this $79 deal and I wasn't interested in a Free Trial if I had to pay $99. Everyone basically gets a Free Trial with the 30 day thing anyway, so I don't see why this $79 thing isn't generally available, not just to Free Trial signer uppers.

I guess at $99 I wasn't interested, $79 perhaps, $59 for sure. I missed the first $59 deal by 3 days when I bought my TiVo and was hoping for that offer again. Frankly, JavaHMO is the only thing piquing my interest, and even that isn't enough to trick me into paying $99.

I did some further checking and it turns out that we sent two batches of e-mails. The first was to people who were participating in the Free Trial. The second was sent to people who were connecting to the TiVo service using a broadband connection. Both of the offers for for a $79.00 price and end tomorrow.

Didn't get the email -- do I get the $20?

I bought a Toshiba SD-H400 last weekend (1/23/2004), and upgraded to HMO that night. I did not get an email. Do I get the $20, or what?
