Quarks rocks. Got some great stock tips from a Ferengi that was walking around.

A Klingon insulted our table for not drinking the first warp core fast enough. We apparently should have been on our second after ten minutes. He's a Klingon....can't expect much more civility than that, I guess.

Someone took the bar bill tab and said they'd post it at some point. I was happy to share a drink with everyone. The damage isn't as bad as what it says, since someone (who? I forgot...) gave me what had been the extra cash from the Star Trek tickets that was collected and not needed for the tickets, which was more than a couple hundred dollars.

Sadly, I was still on just coffee at that point. My schedule gets so screwed up out here playing so late, sleeping so late, that even though it was after 2pm I had yet to have any caffeine that day so was pretty desperate for it. I did help (oh crap, who? I'm terrible with names, real or otherwise) and his girlfriend with their warp core, though, which was quite tasty.

Well, off to change my plane tickets to try to stay an extra day or two. No particular reason. Good luck, everyone. See you at the tables! (probably Bellagio or Excalibur, though if TC folks are playing somewhere and I get word where that is, I'm in)

Unhip me just Googled what that is (WCB). JD, Goldschlager and tequila. The three drinks that I have sworn off for their negative effects on me in my past. Together, I can't imagine what that would be like. Maybe they will cancel each other out. I will have to conduct some research on this.

Cool. No problem.

Just got an OK from the wife to extend my stay through Saturday (2:15pm flight), so let's do it again.

Drink, I mean. Not on me. I really am a cheap bastard.

But if I ever have a few hours where I'm not playing poker (which is most likely if I lose quite a bit at it, so frankly I hope it doesn't happen), I'm in for lots of drinking. Hell, if I know I'm leaving a poker table, I switch from coffee/water to booze for the last hour or so to get a nice buzz on before I get up. But that's usually pretty late (1-3am?). Maybe I'll see you then?

My damn cell battery is dead and I apparently did not pack the charger. Dumass. Anyway, I have my GMRS radio on, channel 15, code 18. Or leave my room a message (I'm going to tell the desk to list me under "threesofar", so I don't have to risk giving any of you strangers my full name, let alone publishing my room number on the Internet.)

Yup, that's me--cheap bastard and privacy freak. With a $22K check in my pocket. Or in the safe. Or maybe taped under a drawer. I'm not sayin.

He won the casino's jackpot,
Holy cow, that's a lot
He went to the bar
The drinks were sub-par
And tired or drunk, he is not.

Yes - but it was my wife, not my girlfriend... *smirk*

Thank you very much for the drinks, and congrats!!

I was going to say it's shaped like a small bowling ball, but fishbowl size and shape also fits it pretty well. Gorbog and I shared one between the two of us. HOO man...

Mr. Sschwart got to "enjoy" my intoxication firsthand on the ride home. I'm surprised he's still talking to me.

Thanks for the Acturian Fizz, ThreeSoFar! I didn't know you were buying at the time and was a bit mystified that we didn't need to pay our tab ("The drinks have been taken care of") and just figured Skittles had lots of extra money from the tickets. What fun!

Threesofar (Okay it's hard to call you that now that i know you as Patrick)

Thanks again for the drinks. You're a helluva good guy and were far more generous with your winnings than you needed to be.

Thanks again for the drink and the company during the week.
