Hex Codes For Sony Wega

Does anyone know where I can find hex codes for a Sony Wega? The codes I am looking for are the different picture modes? (i.e Standard, Pro, Vivid etc.)

Thanks.

I'm not sure what exactly you're asking for, but this is the best compilation of Service Mode data I've seen for Sony TVs: http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/sonyadj.html

Edited to add: That site's been around a long time, it may not be up-to-date.

I also have the service manual for the XBR200 series Wegas, so if there's anything in there you want I'd be happy to look it up for you. I don't think there's much in the service manual that's not on that site, though.

Thanks M.R. What I'm looking for is the actual infrared hex codes so I can program my Harmony remote with the functions I mentioned.

Ahhh...what you seek can be found here: http://www.remotecentral.com/

but you'll have to dig for it. It's all in there somewhere, though. Try asking in the forums if you can't find it.

You know, after thinking about it some more...if you're looking for codes to switch between the modes, I'm not sure they exist. There are discrete codes for the different video inputs, but I don't recall ever seeing anything related to picture modes.

One more edit: there is apparently a Picture mode toggle on some of the newer Sony remotes, so that would probably work.

Yes, I have been to remote central and I found nothing for this. I too am not certain if they exist. I'm using the toggle now, but I sure would like the ability to have a discrete code for each individual device setup.

Thanks for the link, because i needed to get in to the service menu, but it looks like my problem, bad vertical convergence, can't be fixed in the service menu.
