Thumbs up Hill Street Blues (Memory Lane)

With the summer reruns in full effect and empty space showing up on my TiVo, I've decided to start catching up with this old favorite on Bravo. This show is so damn fantastic it boggles the mind and these aren't even the best episodes. I remember watching this religiously with my dad, so that probably adds to the memory (my mom and I always watched Dallas together ) I'm probably going to set up a St. Elsewhere SP just to complete the nostalgia ride. Anyone else been re-discovering old time faves lately?

Loved HSB. Spent many lunch hours at work discussing characters and plots with other fans!

St. Elsewhere was good too. I feel like those were the first of the prime time ensemble dramas and their success paved the way for what we have today.

Thanks for the Bravo pointer, worth a wish list for me!

Hill Street Blues was one of the best shows ever. I miss watching them film the street scenes on Chicago's west side. Watching the reruns has got me hooked on the show all over again.
