Drive Format

My tivo hd failed last month. Since then I've been able to get a replacement drive (40GB) and an image for my model. But the replacement drive is raw with no filesystem. Does anyone know how I need to format this drive in order to restore the image using mfsrestore?

You don't have to, MFS restore "formats" it on the fly.

Why do you keep rewinding that? Because with TiVo, I can.
