In version 4.0 if you go to the Now Playing list and hit 0 then Thumbs Down you get a hidden screen:

This is for troubleshooting the HMO connection to other DVRs. My screen looks like yours when you call it up, but there are icons for the 2 additional HMO machines. Moving the cursor to one of those DVRs shows additional info:
