Hello all. I have a new series 2 with linksys usb to linksys router. Waiting a couple of months for dsl service to come, but would like to route tivo call through wireless usb to internal modem in pc.

Here's the setup:
series 2 w/linksys usb to
linksys wireless router to
pc with internal dial modem
proxy server for two other computers on lan for internet


Anyone have info ?

I finally figured the network confuguration out: Windows 98 was too old to handle the internet sharing duties. Luckily the new imac has the modem/ethernet and can share the internet without any problems. Tivo downloaded very quickly after negiotating the connection. I guess I can pat myself on the back.
