 Unhappy Enabling USB ports on Hughes HDVR2

Has anyone had any luck enabling the USB ports on a Hughes HDVR2? I don't find any voltage on either port.

go to google and search for "sleeper's iso" (without the quotes) you will find what you need to enable them on the first site

yes. and if you are needing advice on a USB ethernet adapter...the linksys 200M (I think that's the model...it's USB 2.0 10/100 ethernet) works splendidly for me...
