uptime from bash
I've got a /devbin/uptime command but it just says:
[root@tivo]:/var/hack/tivonet
128:$ /devbin/uptime
/devbin/uptime: /var/run/utmp: No such file or directory
is this supposed to work? I wrote my own uptime program in tcl
that gives me this:
[root@tivo]:/var/hack/tivonet
129:$ uptime
01:27am up 0 days, 2:51, 1 users, load average: 1.26, 1.13, 1.05
if anyone wants it, it's in my
http://mysite.directlink.net/jack/tivonet/downloads
directory.
